Anna the massage therapist is the best at what she does. The massages were better n better every time with her. She pays attention to what you need. And gives very good results. Ask for Anna when getting your massage . Dr. Valladares was my dr. He did a very good job. I loved my results. And he didn't lie n say he can do something he couldn't do. He did so good.

I had a bbl done on 12/19/2023 and Dr. Trigg did my surgery he did a really good job it was so much better than I expected and I am very satisfied with the result. The whole team was so nice and helpful. Daniella was so sweet and helpful with everything I needed, and Anna did my massages she is the best so carful, funny and caring honestly I thank God I picked this place no regret at all. ❤️

I came here after both my round 1 and round 2 BBL. I don’t remember who my first massage therapist was but my second one was Cosette. She did an amazing job. Always helping me and teaching me what to do for compression and letting my know what’s going on, etc. The massages are always gonna be super uncomfortable and hurt because hello.., you just got out of surgery. I also love their packages, where I live- lots of places don’t do packages and just go by appointments which can be more expensive, in my opinion.

My girlfriend who I was with and helped booked had 3 botched surgeries here. She has also been trying to get her medical records since February and has not been able to get them. They have been a disaster right from the beginning. Extremely unorganized, they don't communicate anything with you, they don't book follow up appointments, and they don't even let you fully wake up before sending you out of the clinic after your surgery. My girlfriend was wheeled out right away and put in the transportation van while she was still under the effects of the anesthetic and then passed out while getting to her room. This is only the start of it, it has been a disaster from the beginning. It also doesn't matter how many times you call to get answers or any type of support as they are now screening calls and avoid her while she's just trying to get help and get her records. **Follow up. It’s now 6 months later and she still can’t get her medical records. We were told they were sent many times however we’ve been now in the waiting room for hours being told they were sent then we ask for them and they said they need approval. What are you trying to hide? We still don’t have them! Give her the records! Plus the kids they employ here are so immature and are quite disrespectful. We will leave you alone just give her, her records!! I’ve never seen such an unprofessional business.

Vixen excelled my expectations especially with it being my first big surgery. From the time of consultation all the way down to flying in of pre-op everything was ran smoothly and helped ease my anxiety. The day of surgery I wasn’t nervous at all. Had a little hiccup with payment, but beyond that, my sister seems happy with her surgery. According to my wife, the people to talk to about payments and instructions was not great, told us we could pay with credit card, then after a few thousand dollars in payments, told us they would only take cash. Hard to contact. Stuff like that. But the doctors and nurses were excellent, and very thorough.
